Time to Take inferior mugs to Goodwill

My husband ordered these “new” Van Gogh mugs for a Mothers’ Day gift. We have enjoyed the Starry Night and Cypress Trees mugs for a number of years now. The Wheatfield with Cypresses are a lovely addition, as can be seen above.

Mugs are excellent but customer service is great

The mugs are beautiful and delicate — just what I wanted. Unfortunately one arrived broken and I’ve been waiting over a week for a replacement to be shipped. The product is excellent but customer support is, so far, not too good. Perhaps that will change?

We ship via UPS and Canada Post within 1-2 business days of receiving the order from our warehouse in Ottawa. You will be sent a tracking # once it ships.

ARE THERE SHIPPING CHARGES?
