About The Artist:
Tom Thomson (1877-1917)
The emergence of Tom Thomson’s distinctive nature painting style mirrors his path in life. He began as a letterist doing precise, constrained work, but developed into a pioneer of bold outdoor art. Canada’s Group of 7 painting movement officially began upon the untimely death of Thomson, which spurred his artist friends to pursue his vision. Thomson’s most famous works colourfully capture vistas in Ontario’s Algonquin Park, North of Toronto.

coffee mugs Tom Thomson
I love the art work. I just wish they came in tea cups to add to our set of 6 we already have. Everyone loves drinking tea/coffee from the tea cups.
